Gameday Men's Health, a brand of Ream Franchise Group LLC, located at 2035 Corte Del Nogal, Suite 160, Carlsbad, CA 92011 ("Sponsor").
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible. Entry constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.
The Sweepstakes begins June 1, 2026 at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time and ends June 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time ("Sweepstakes Period"). Entries received outside this window will not be eligible.
Visit join.gamedaymenshealth.com/fathersday and submit the entry form with required fields: first name, last name, email address, and ZIP code. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address for the duration of the Sweepstakes. Multiple entries from the same person, email, or IP address will be void.
Bonus entries (optional, none required): tagging friends on qualifying Sponsor Instagram posts (@gameday_menshealth) and completing a free in-person consultation at any Gameday Men's Health clinic may earn additional entries as posted on Sponsor's social channels during the Sweepstakes Period.
Drop 1 — June 1, 2026: One (1) Hyperice Hypervolt Go 3 plus a $100 Gameday Men's Health gift card. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $229.
Drop 2 — June 8, 2026: Ninety-nine (99) Intake Breathing Sleep Starter Kits awarded to the first ninety-nine (99) eligible entrants whose entries are received during the Sweepstakes Period (timestamps determined by Sponsor's systems). One (1) additional winner of a $100 Gameday Men's Health gift card will be drawn at random from all eligible entrants. ARV per Sleep Starter Kit: $30. Total Drop 2 ARV: approximately $3,070.
Drop 3 — June 15, 2026: One (1) 1st Phorm Performance Stack (Phormula-1 Clear, Micro Factor, Creatine, Meat Sticks, Power Pro Bars, shaker, and hat) plus a $100 Gameday Men's Health gift card. ARV: approximately $250.
Drop 4 — June 22, 2026: One (1) Santo Studio item (to be announced by Sponsor) plus one (1) $100 Gameday Men's Health gift card. ARV: approximately $600.
Grand Prize ("MVP") — June 30, 2026: One (1) bundle containing items from all four partners (Hyperice Hyperboot, Intake Breathing Sleep Starter Kit, 1st Phorm Performance Stack, and Santo Studio item) plus a $500 Gameday Men's Health gift card. ARV: approximately $1,500.
Total ARV of all prizes: approximately $5,650. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash equivalent. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Drop 1, Drop 3, Drop 4, the random Drop 2 gift card winner, and the Grand Prize winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received as of each respective drawing date. Drop 2 Sleep Starter Kit winners will be the first ninety-nine (99) eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, as determined by Sponsor's entry-system timestamps.
Winners will be notified by email within seven (7) business days of the applicable drawing. Winners must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond, ineligibility, or return of notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Gameday Men's Health gift cards are redeemable at any participating Gameday Men's Health location in the United States toward any service or product offered, are non-refundable, and do not expire. Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of winners. Winners receiving prizes valued at $600 or more in a calendar year will be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 and will receive an IRS Form 1099 from Sponsor. Refusal to provide tax information may result in disqualification.
By accepting a prize, winners (except where prohibited by law) consent to the use of their name, hometown, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, without further compensation, notice, or consent.
By entering, participants release Sponsor, its parent company Ream Franchise Group LLC, partners, suppliers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or related to entry, prize acceptance, or use. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or technically failed entries. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if technical failures, fraud, or other factors beyond reasonable control compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or any partner brand other than as expressly stated.
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
